SC CIAC SA was established in 1991, on the 5-th of June. The
headquarters are in Oradea, Jean Calvin street no. 5, its registration
number at the Chamber of Commerce is J05 / 728 /1991, and the fiscal
code is RO73843. As the company has beendeveloped, in this moment, our
social capital is about 190.000 USD. The annual turnover in 2007 was
aprox. 9.000.000 USD. From year 1997 the company is 100% privately
owned by Romanian shareholders and we have no foreign investments. Our company's main branch of activity is building and renewing of houses, blocks of flats, and all kind of civil and industrial applications. We have 230 employees at this moment and our fixed assets are estimated to a value of about 2.500.000 USD. We have cars, trucks and building equipment which allow us to complete all kind of construction and installation works, including the fabrication of various products: aluminium and PVC doors and windows, concrete and mortar, steel units for construction, etc. Our company may perform the following services: • Civil constructions - villas, blocks of flats, houses; • Masonry works; • Sanitary - engineering installations works; • Heating plants; • Drilling works for drinking and industrial water; • Import-export for works in the field of construction, services for internal and external beneficiaries; • The execution and repair works of roads; • Production of cement and mortars.  |
